Rainbow Mix has brilliantly coloured stalks and leaves. Ornamental as well as tasty, Rainbow Mix includes gold; red, cream, white and pink coloured plants. It requires a well composted soil. Mulch or weed regularly and keep plants well watered during hot weather. Best eaten when young and tender. Harvest outside leaves first.
