Grown to an advanced size for a stronger start. Snow Pea Mix is a combination of green and purple podded varieties with sweet, flat, crisp, edible pods. Grow them for a decorative result in the garden and on the plate. Enjoy cooked or raw, harvesting before full maturity for the best flavour. The purple pods when included as a raw ingredient will add colour to salads and other uncooked dishes. They will turn green when cooked.
